Yoga

Yoga

Yoga reminds you of who you truly are and why you are here.
It brings you back to your natural state of being.
The intellect becomes quiet.
In that silence, clarity, calm, and a deep inner knowing arise.
The asana’s and pranayama’s integrate this calrity and stilness in your physical and emotional body.

Style

Each yoga class is unique and carries its own intention and theme.
At the beginning of each class, this intention becomes clear and acts like a direction finder that helps you move with awareness and presence.
This intention returns throughout the class, gently weaving through the practice.
Each class is complete, full circle.
Over the years, my own style of yoga has emerged — one in which I also integrate insights from other trainings and from the wisdom I’ve gained through working with shamans and healers.

Dynamic flow classes:

Rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Forrest Yoga
With a strong focus on the breath
Attention to the body’s energy centers (chakras)
Postures flow smoothly from one to the next
A combination of standing, seated, and reclining poses
The intensity varies, depending on the group and the energy of the day

Monday Moon alignment

Each class begins in connection with the moon, inviting you to live consciously in tune with your natural rhythm — in harmony and balance.
The postures flow smoothly into one another, and depending on the lunar cycle and the energy of the day, the class may range from a gentle, relaxing flow to a deep stretch and more intense practice.
The focus is on the womb space, pelvic area, and hip openers.
Strong poses, deep stretches, and heart openers are also an important part of the practice.
This class is rooted in the feminine principle.

Earth morning flow

The Earth heals, the Earth gives.
In this energising morning flow, we connect with the Earth and move with the seasons — with the flow of life.
The asana’s flow seamlessly into one another, and the sequence is rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
The focus is on grounding postures that help you create strong, stable roots.
We draw Earth energy into the body through the meridians, allowing it to nourish and energise us from within.
This class is a powerful way to start your day with vitality and presence — and in doing so, you also give back to the Earth.

Sun morning flow

This morning practice has the character of a flow class, loosely based on Ashtanga Yoga and Forrest Yoga.
In this class, we align ourselves with the sun. We are beings of light, and with (sun)light we recharge ourselves.
The focus is on our breath, posture, and energy centers (root chakra, heart chakra, third eye, crown…),
the cosmic light, and the earth energy that we draw into our bodies through the meridians.
Ideal for starting your Sunday morning energetically and recharging yourself.

Relaxing classes:

Focus on wholeness of the body and connective tissue
An invitation to turn inward
Cosmic Light
Promotes deep relaxation, stillness, and calm

Quiet Mind yoga
Stillness & Resonance

In this evening class, you take the time to be fully present — in silence, attuned to what is. We allow the mind to rest, sink into the body, and open space for the energy present in the field. The class is designed with attention to a gentle flow and mindful pauses, so you are not rushed or driven by performance, but instead connect with yourself. For those seeking inner calm, deeper feeling, and a soft, harmonious movement in tune with their own rhythm.

Yin yoga

This relaxing evening class follows the principles of Yin Yoga.
Postures are held for longer periods, allowing you to turn inward and give the body time to unwind and recharge.
Yin Yoga focuses the connective tissue and encourages a passive, receptive attitude.
This practice is ideal for calming high (stressful) energy, becoming more grounded, improving sleep, and tuning in to your body’s boundaries and signals.
As the body relaxes deeply, it becomes a perfect moment to energetically open and gently drift away into your own inner world.

Yoga XL

During this 2.5 hour class we take the time to slow down, to feel and to connect with what lives inside.
Each session has a changing theme – sometimes seasonal, sometimes focused on a specific aspect of woman-being or an inner process.
The theme is announced beforehand, so you can intuitively feel if it suits you at that moment. Each class is an invitation to slow down, to deepen and to settle — out of the head, into the body, into the earth.

*The XL lessons continue with a minimum of 3 people

Individual or in group

The yoga classes are offered in groups.
