This relaxing evening class is a yin yoga class. It is focused on the fascia and a passive pose. We hold poses longer to turn deeper inwards and allow the body to relax and recharge. Yin yoga focuses on the connective tissue (fascia) and passive postures.

This form is great for bringing down high (stressful) energy, becoming calmer, have a good night’s rest and to tune in with the body.

We listen extra carefully to the body in this class: what does the body want to tell you, what does it need, makes it happy.
